Quay Appointments is a wholly owned Australian company. Its principal, Winsome Bernard, has had experience in the personnel industry since 1985 in Australia and previously in the UK.

1994 - Quay Appointments was formed from a management buy out of the major Sydney consultancy Staff Search Australia, a well-respected company with a large client base.

1996 - Quay Appointments opened its Parramatta office to service a growing client base in the western region.

1997 - Quay Call Centre Appointments, a division of Quay Appointments, opened and began operating solely to provide temporary and permanent staff to Call Centre organisations.

Temporary staff provide a quick and cost effective solution to staff shortages, peak workloads and holiday times. We can place the staff you need when you need them. Our response time is fast and we can place people the same day.

We expect high standards from our temporary staff. Each person is screened, interviewed, tested and if necessary further trained using the latest technology and software packages available in our internal training facilities.

We ensure you receive the best temporary placement. The minimum temporary assignment is just four hours and our all inclusive rate takes care of government and statutory costs.

Our method of profiling and assessing suitability of candidates has been tested and used by major service providers both in Australia and overseas.

If requested, we can confirm candidates suitability by testing their aptitude and attitude and compiling a psychometric profile. Our process is based on the applicants response to a key range of situations and depends upon the requirements of the position and can include:
Quay Appointments testing and training facilities enable us to ascertain the range and depth of candidates skills through the complete testing process of their keyboard, data entry, PC and other technical skills. We follow up by providing you with a full report and analysis of the data gathered, relating it back to your requirements.
