Fixed, Transparent Pricing
Vantage has a pricing strategy that is flexible enough to fit almost all client requirements.
We promote a Fixed Fee model that is transparent and Service Oriented, reducing the cost-per-hire with every additional appointment. Our fee is structured into 2 components: Assignment Fee & Placement Fee.
We also have available a pricing schedule for the more traditional percentage based recruitment model.
The Vantage Model can be applied to both permanent and contract assignments. Our fees are only payable on successful outcomes and the candidates we place are guaranteed.
Assignment Focus
The Assignment Fee represents the initial tasks associated with a recruitment assignment. These include developing a recruitment plan for filling a role, copywriting the job advertisement, listing the role with the major job boards, searching resume databases and screening candidates.
The Placement Fee represents the activities we undertake in promoting your organisation, negotiating salary and rates and managing the whole process to completion. The Placement Fee is charged for each candidate placed per assignment.
Whether you are recruiting one person or three, the Assignment Fee is charged only once for each assignment.
By separating our fees into two components, we provide the basis for a flexible service that better suits the unique demands of each assignment and shares with you the economies of scale achieved when recruiting multiple people of the same skills set.

All recruitment assignments undertaken by Vantage Recruitment will be completed in the strictest of confidence, maintaining the clients brand integrity at all times. Any candidate submitted for a role will be properly briefed on the position, interviewed face-to-face prior to submission and have interview notes submitted with the resume.
Candidate Charter
All candidates applications and/or enquiries will be dealt with in strict confidence. No unauthorised submission of any candidates resume will EVER occur and full disclosure of client and role details will transpire prior to submission. Communication is the key in any relationship.
