An initial discussion (usually by phone) will take place determining your fit for the role. If the fit appears to be good at this stage you will be invited in to our offices for an interview.
Our interview process is designed to fully explore your skills, knowledge, experience, your requirements, expectations and career aspirations. The more we understand about you - the better able we are to assist you in finding the "right"job.
For certain positions you may be required to undertake skills assessment in our offices - this can take up to several hours. We will inform you prior to meeting you of the time you will need to allocate to us.
Your privacy is respected! We will not send your resume out to anyone without your prior permission. Confidentiality and discretion are certainly part of our creed - we dont discuss your details without your knowledge and we expect that you wont discuss details of our clients without our permission.
