Boilerhouse Restaurant and Bar

Located next to Sydney harbour and Quarantine Beach, Boilerhouse Restaurant is housed in the original building from the quarantine days and offers glimpses of the beach. The incredible atmosphere of the natural surroundings can be enjoyed while dining at the outdoor terrace, overlooking onto one of the most magnificent views in Sydney.

Delicious fresh contemporary Australian cuisine by Executive Chef Matt Kemp awaits - from land to the sea, the menu celebrates his philosophy of fresh, seasonal and quality food that offers something for everyone.

A relaxing dining experience on the water's edge like no other, all are welcome to soak in the leisurely wonderful setting of Boilerhouse Restaurant.

Operating Hours

Lunch available Saturday & Sunday, 12 noon - 3 pm.
Dinner available Monday to Sunday, 6 pm - 10 pm.

Exceptional Closure

The Boilerhouse Restaurant and The Engine Room Bar will be closed for renovations from Monday, 8 May till Sunday, 21 May 2017. It will re-open on Monday, 22 May 2017 for dinner service.

During this period we will have 'The Dining Room' open from 6pm every night, offering a variety of A la Carte and Casual Dining dinner selections. The dining room is located in Building A20 within Q Station.

The Visitor Centre Cafe will have additional lunch offerings available from 12 till 3 pm on Saturdays & Sundays.

Engine Room Bar

The Engine Room Bar provides a relaxed option for a delicious lunch or dinner & refreshments either inside, or on the terrace overlooking beautiful Quarantine Beach.

Order tasty sides or meals from the all day dining menu. Bookings are not required howe'ver if you have a large group please contact us.
