How we do it
Database Search and Selection:
We have built up our specialist database over many years, and it contains information on an extensive network of industry professionals in the Fashion & Retail industries. Information is updated daily onto our system and utilised as the first stage of our search when new positions are registered with us. We are cognisant of using this information within the Privacy Act.
Networking:
We network through our vast array of industry contacts in combination with utilising our database to source talented and experienced people for our clients. This is a great value add resource.
Advertising:
We advertise regularly in a broad range of media, including newspapers & trade magazines in Australia, NZ and the UK - along with various internet sites. Our own website is also a major point of reference by job seekers.
Through these wide ranging forms of advertising we are able to service the immediate needs of both clients and candidates, whilst constantly adding quality people to our database.
Executive Search:
Senior level assignments often require a more strategic approach. In these cases we will directly approach targeted candidates - often in combination with the above techniques. The approach used is tailored for each assignment.
We conduct Executive Search assignments on an exclusive retained basis - and at times to complement our other techniques. As a principle, howe'ver, we will not approach staff of existing client companies.
