Repairs and Alterations
During the lifetime of our clothing, there may need some minor maintenance needed. We will gladly fix a hem, let out a waist, replace a buttons..free of charge but in some cases we may charge a minor fee for repairs due to circumstances that are not related to the garments quality.
Made to Order
Made-to-order suits, sports jackets, trousers and dress shirts may well be the answer for men who find ready-to-wear garments a difficult fit or who prefer to select their own fabric, styling and pattern.
Dry Cleaning
With the correct care, these garments should last you many years. Claude Sebastian knowledgeable staff will be pleased to answer any questions you have about garment care, washing or stain removal to make this a reality.
We believe a quality dry cleaning service is important to the presentation and longevity of your clothes, and at Claude Sebastian we use the best. Bring in your dry cleaning on Saturday for a weekly collection and return.
Gift Vouchers
Who would not want to receive a gift from Claude Sebastian?
For those on your gift list you would prefer to experience the Claude Sebastian store first-hand (or when you cant remember your brothers collar size), a gift voucher is always welcome. Available in any denomination , it can be redeemed whenever the recipient chooses; the balance is left on our records until its time for another purchase
Shop by Appointment
The value of shopping by appointment is the amount of time it saves you. Once our sales associates have learned your style and your needs, they can pre-select a range of garments - even a complete wardrobe - and have it ready for your consideration. Acting as your personal shoppers, they will also keep an eye out for specific items you might have been seeking for the future and advise you of their arrival by phone or e-mail.
All you have to do is choose the most convenient time for your appointment and call your current sales associate (if you dont have one, just ask for our store manager). It doesnt even have to be during our business hours: just provide us with enough notice and well do our best to accommodate you. Of course, you can always just drop by the store
Private Showings
If you are too busy to visit our shop, we will conduct a private showing at your office or other nominated venue. We will bring you a selection of clothing for your consideration at your convenience
Wardrobe Cleanup
Are you unsure of how to coordinate the clothes you own? Do you want some new clothes for your wardrobe, but dont know where to start? Do you have a selection of clothes that havent been worn for years, but that represent an investment youre reluctant to be rid of? One of our sales associates will gladly visit your home to inventory your closet, providing suggestions on how to mix and match your existing wardrobe. Our staff will recommend additions to your wardrobe and determine a plan for seasons to come. A tailor can also be on hand, to suggest any fitting or readjustments that you may need.
In an Emergency
