Fairfield Seniors Network |
Fairfield Seniors Network is a forum for senior citizens and people working in aged services. It serves as a support network and provides an opportunity to voice concerns, share information and gather resources.
Participants are provided with the latest information about relevant legislation changes; can hear from guest speakers on a range of issues and from time-to-time are invited to share their expertise to work on local events or group activities.
The Network also plays an important role in drawing the attention of government departments, service providers and Council to the needs of local seniors.
All senior citizen groups are welcome to send representatives. Individual seniors and people working in aged services are also encouraged to participate.
The Fairfield Seniors Network meets bimonthly, starting in February, on the first Monday of the month, 2pm - 4pm. Meetings are held at the Fairfield City Council Administration Centre (Committee Room 2) at the address below.
