Ikin Dance |
Based on the North Shore, Ikin Dance offers a Full Time Course in Dance and Fitness. Ikin Dance Full Time will include all dance forms from Ballet, Hip Hop, Jazz, Contemporary and Musical Theatre to Vocal and Acting Training.
In addition, the course offers a Certificate III & IV in health and fitness as part of the program. This will give students greater career opportunities when they complete their training as they will be qualified as Personal Trainers, Gym Instructors or any role in the fitness industry.
In 2008 Anthony built a strong and loyal fan base when he became a Top Ten Finalist in "So You Think You Can Dance". Anthony, wooed and entertained the crowds and quickly became a favourite of the judges as well.
Passion and determination certainly runs in the Ikin family. Anthonys brother is the famous rugby league player Ben Ikin. Ben was a mainstay of the Queensland State of Origin team and is now a Sports Reporter for Channel 9.
This business venture is building on the already successful dance school owned by Anthony on the Gold Coast. "This is my dream", says Anthony, "I love teaching and the new Sydney studio enables me to share the joy and benefits of dance and fitness with even more people".
Anthony has every intention to continue to expand the Ikin Dance Studios across Australia over the next few years. "My goal is to make as may kids and adults as possible, FIT, HEALTHY AND HAPPY", he stated.
