Journeys Bookstore is an independent bookstore in Annandale. We believe in the power of books to lead us to imagine, to urge us to discover new things and to encourage us to explore the world we live in.
We are located in a beautiful corner store in Annandale, built around 1890. Its a perfect place for a bookstore, with polished floors, sash-windows and high ceilings lending character and warmth.
Imagine is where youll find general fiction, prizewinners, childrens books and young adult fiction.
In Discover youll find science fiction & fantasy, crime, biographies, politics and current affairs, religion, philosophy, science, sport, essays, poetry, dictionaries, art, design, photography, gardening, health and parenting.
And if youre interested in the world around you, then Explore is the place for you. Explore is divided into seven regions - Africa, Asia, the Middle East, Europe, North America, South America and Oceania. Each region has travel guides, travel literature, fiction, history, food and other non-fiction titles about each country in that part of the world.
