Ku-ring-gai Wildflower Garden, located at 420 Mona Vale Road, St Ives, covers 123 hectares of urban bushland on the northern edge of Sydneys North Shore.
The Wildflower Garden is open every day from 8am to 4pm, except Christmas Day and Good Friday.
Located just 18km from Sydneys CBD, the Ku-ring-gai Wildflower Garden offers a convenient escape from the bustling city traffic, where you can unwind among natures rejuvenating scents and sounds or let the kids and family blow of steam with plenty of room to run amock.
Parking can be found on-site or on Richmond Avenue, or alternatively public buses 195, 196 and 197 leave from Gordon train station, with bus stops a short walk from the Garden.
A Festival of Wildflowers is held every year in August, offering guided walks and talks, organic gardening and native plant displays.
Entry to the Wildflower Garden is free of charge, unless in a coach, minibus or group utilising the Education Centre, where charges will apply.
