At La Brasserie tradition is as important as innovation. It is the vision of our host Phillipe Valet to bring you the culinary and cultural experiences of his two homes, Normandy and Paris; great provincial produce in a modern Parisian setting. For Philippe Valet, the brasserie tradition goes back generations, most notably, Phillipes grandfather, Michel Valet, operated the famous Chez Castel Brasserie in Paris. Inspired by his heritage, Phillipe is always on hand to welcome you to La Brasserie.
