Marian Street Theatre

Marian St Theatre For Young People is Australias longest running childrens theatre and drama school.

For over 40 years, childrens theatre and drama classes at Marian St Theatre for Young People have provided children with their first rich experience of theatre, and young people of all ages with invaluable training in theatrical and life skills. It has inspired and nurtured some of todays leaders in the community and the arts.

The Drama School offers classes in all facets of theatre for those aged 5 to adult, as well as school holiday workshops in specialised fields.

The Childrens Theatre presents a season of three shows per year at Marian St Theatre, and additional shows in other venues around Sydney. These are participation plays for 3-10 year olds, and are performed by senior students of the drama school.
