Each apartment is a 1 bedroom mezzanine style with the bedroom and bathroom located upstairs and kitchen and lounge room downstairs. All apartments have a balcony and large cathedral windows with view of Darling Harbour from some of the rooms. There are approximately 12 steep steps leading into the building and 12 internal stairs.
