Name This Bar is a no name no concept restaurant and bar located in Sydneys Taylor Square, the newest project by Simon Mercier, previously of White Horse on Crown Street.

The idea of this bar gives anyone the opportunity to give their ideas on fit-out, music-style, drinks, preferred brands and even the naming of the bar, said Mercier.

We will even look at the furniture, if someone wants to bring in their favourite lounge, pictures and the like, we will consider all ideas.

As is, it seems the name "Name This Bar"might be a stayer. The menu comprises dumplings and dim sims, along with a mean mezze plate and tapas options, and a generous beer and wine list to wash it all down.
