Sydney Amateur Sailing Club (SASC) |
The SASC was founded in 1872 and is one of the oldest yacht clubs in Australia.
Located on the shores of Mosman Bay in Sydney Harbour, the club has some 400 members and conducts racing for keel yachts on the harbour and, in association with other clubs, offshore.
The SASC and members welcome all enquiries from people interested to crew in our races. Generally skippers are prepared to put in considerable time teaching and training crew. The Club conducts racing inshore on the harbour and offshore as well as twilight races on a Friday night. The best way to get to try out in a crew is to join the boat on Friday nights for twilights.
If you register your interest with the Club by sending an email, the staff and officers will help you to find a suitable position.
