Founded in 1948, Robert Half International Inc. (NYSE symbol: RHI) is the worlds first and largest specialised staffing firm.

Corporate Structure
Robert Half Incorporated was purchased by the predecessor to Robert Half International Inc. in 1986. Since that time, RHI Chairman and CEO Harold M. Max Messmer, Jr., has led the companys expansion through internal growth, including the opening of new offices, as well as the acquisition of more than 100 Robert Half and Accountemps franchised offices and several local staffing firms. There are now more than 350 RHI locations worldwide, all company-owned and -operated.
The company has seven divisions: Accountemps, Robert Half Finance & Accounting and Robert Half Management Resources, for temporary, full-time and project professionals, respectively, in the fields of accounting and finance; OfficeTeam, for highly skilled temporary administrative support; Robert Half Technology, for information technology professionals; Robert Half Legal, for temporary, project and full-time staffing of attorneys, paralegals and legal support personnel; and The Creative Group, for creative, advertising, marketing and web design professionals.
In addition, RHI is the parent company of Protiviti, the leading provider of completely independent internal audit and business and technology risk consulting services.
