There is no one more passionate about the establishment of ROCK Restaurant than the chefs uncle and restaurant partner David Clarke, who founded Pooles Rock Wines in 1988.
For several years, David has dreamt about a world-class restaurant overlooking the original block of 90-year-old shiraz vines at the Pooles Rock Winery estate. ROCK Restaurant showcases the Pooles Rock Wines portfolio including Pooles Rock, Cockfighters Ghost and Firestick, as well, as the extensive Cellar Collection alongside Andrews artful and inspired cuisine.
ROCK Restaurant and Firestick Cafe provide a new standard of fine dining in the Hunter Valley. Australias oldest wine region and one of its most popular recreational and visitor destinations have welcomed the opening of a new dining landmark - ROCK Restaurant - located on the Pooles Rock Wines estate in Pokolbin.
