Degustation Dining
We believe that cocktails can be better tailored to match any dish than wine or beer ever can. We also think its a helluva lot more fun!
Smoking homemade "red-wine", nitro charged sorbets, aroma clouds and much more help make this a great sensory experience as well as a delicious meal.
In short, the degustation is a big fun & funky family dinner where everyone sits down together at our double-barreled degustation tables for a communal dining experience like youve never had before.

Five course degustation with matched cocktails - $150 / person
Five course degustation - $95 / person
Degustation sessions run from Wednesday - Saturday each week, kicking off at 7.30pm.
We recommend you arrive by 7.15pm to allow time to be seated. Bookings essential.
Private Dining Room
Our hidden PDR / Poker room is perfect for intimate dining experiences for up to eight guests. Expect to push past secret doorways to find your way in to our little speakeasy dining den.
Its also the perfect joint for a rocking game of poker. 12 guests maximum, but 10 is ideal. Food, whisky & cocktail packages are available...
Cocktail Bar
A bespoke Liquid Nitrogen fuelled cocktail trolley, cocktails arriving in hip flasks, glass guns and wooden crates that you jimmy to get to the nectars inside, are but some of the elements that makes the Roosevelt a cocktail bar unlike any other.
