Alexandre has re-fabricated a storage room into a two level, traditional Moroccan style restaurant.

Sahara restaurant offers a private level for group bookings, main dining room and an Moroccan exotic garden.

Sahara the largest desert in the world, which extends from the Atlantic ocean to the Red Sea and the Mediterranean ocean. Two-third of the Sahara estimated to be 2 million inhabitants are concentrated in the oasiss. One of the biggest oases of the Sahara lies on the beautiful Mediterranean sea - Morocco.

Alexandre Pachkovski the owner and designer of Sahara - at the Republic received an offer on 2001 to design a Moroccan Restaurant. To Study the Moroccan countries closer Alexendre and his two sons Feliks & Greg set out to Morocco to a beautiful city of Casablanca. When returning Alexandre was amazed with the rich beauties of the country and the delicious exotic foods.

In 2007 with the support of his family Alexandre took up a project to design and run his own restaurant. Alexandre put in a lot of time heart and effort to design an Asian/Arabic styled atmosphere. He invited to traditional Moroccan chefs who he met on his trip to Morocco, who specialise in traditional Moroccan cousins.
