The salty location complements the seafood cuisine, offering dishes like briny oysters; sticky pork belly with seared scallops and chilli jam; or a seafood-packed bouillabaisse.

Sanders specialises in fresh home grown Modern Australian delights. We prepare everything in house right down to Lorenzos famous sourdough bread and we cater for all taste buds whether it be seafood, red or white meat.
