The Burlington Bar and Dining

Burlington Bar and Dining is located in the geographical hub of the northern suburbs, the 100 seat restaurant has two distinctly different rooms, one that is a modern take on the classic bistro setting, the other a more contemporary space - as well as a private dining room that seats 25.

We offer lunch Monday to Friday and dinner from Monday to Saturday

Mid 2010 brings a fresh start for Lela and her team, most notably a change in direction for the kitchen.

Lela welcomes John Rankin to direct the kitchen crew. He is a quality driven chef and is passionate about the superiority and diversity fo Australian produce. John is originally from New Zealand and since being in Sydney has worked with the 3 hatted and award winning chef Peter Gilmore from Quay Restaurant. John then moved to Astral, then travelled through Europe to broaden his knowledge. He came home to open the kitchen at Seans Kitchen at the Casino, working closely with 2008 Chef of the Year Sean Connolly.

Since joining Lela at the Burlington he has polished and refined the menu, whilst keeping its European flavour and the Burlington charm.
