The Knickerbockers focus is clear: European mountain food, great beer, fantastic wine and, of course, the finest schnapps in the mountains!
New for Thredbo in 2010, The Knickerbocker is being launched by Wildbrumby Schnapps owners Brad and Monika Spalding.
The Knickerbocker is located on the banks of the Thredbo river, just a short stroll from the Village Square and Valley Terminal. The restaurant overlooks both Crackenback Ridge and ski runs including the Supertrail and Funnel Web.
Meet for apres in our bar as the sun sets over the resort. Enjoy one of our fine German beers on tap, a Wildbrumby schnapps, a Glühwein or a special coffee or hot chocolate.
Stay on for dinner and enjoy European fare inspired by the mountains. Our menu has a range of both hearty and lighter choices, and a great selection of desserts are available.
We also have a select list of European and Australian wines handpicked by owner and Wildbrumby distiller Brad Spalding.
