Chef Tomislavs eclectic selection of dishes has been inspired by his previous experiences - both from his childhood growing up in Sydney, and his work in some of the worlds best professional kitchens. Chef Tomislavs incredible culinary pedigree includes working at Aria with Matt Moran, Bennelong with Guillaume Brahimi and Heston Blumenthal of The Fat Duck.
Many of Tomislavs interesting, reasonably priced dishes represent a tongue in cheek play on iconic Australian fare. It is this creative take on contemporary Australian cuisine, immaculately conceived and imaginatively presented, that has tongues wagging in the Sydney foodie community.
