Viva Goa |
Offering a Portuguese influenced menu of Goan food from the west coast of India, Viva Goa offers a delightful spot for a meal, with a large space indoors, and a sunny courtyard out.
Acclaimed by the Good Food Guide, The Sydney Morning Herald, The Telegraph, Belle Magazine and the Sydney Weekender. We bring you the exotic food of Goa, a sun-drenched state on Indias west coast, once a Portuguese colony for more than 500 years from the mid 16th century right till the 1960s. This colonisation has led to an exhilarating blend of Portuguese and Indian flavours.
Goa is now a land of golden beaches, swaying coconut palms, green paddy fields and whitewashed churches. Its most famous dishes include the Pork chorizo, the Fish curry, the Pork Vindalho aka wine of garlic, the Chicken peri-peri and the Crab Caldeen.
We are located in a beautiful heritage cottage made of red clinker brick at Pyrmont and we welcome you to tantalize your tastebuds.
