Bells at Killcare Boutique Hotel, Restaurant and Bar is a luxury coastal retreat with an authentic regional restaurant featuring the cuisine of renowned Italian chef Stefano Manfredi.

Situated high on the Boudii Peninsula and surrounded by untouched Boudii National Park and many secluded and pristine beaches, just a 90-minute drive north of Sydneys CBD.

The Restaurant was created by Karina and Brian Barry in collaboration with Stefano Manfredi, Julie Manfredi Hughes and designer Chrissie Jeffrey and opened in December 2007. Chrissie Jeffrey was then commissioned to refurbish the cottages and work with the same team to establish Pretty Beach House.

Stefano Manfredis approach to values of sustainability in food use and production has found its home at bells at Killcare. Stefanos seasonal menu offerings are Italian inspired, the estates lush fruit and vegetable garden, which is harvested daily, forming the basis of much of his menu.

Bells at Killcare Restaurant was awarded a chefs hat in the Sydney Morning Herald 2009 Good Food Guide. It was also shortlisted for Regional Restaurant of the Year in the same year. In 2008, Bells at Killcare was named Best New Regional Restaurant in NSW at the Restaurant and Catering Awards and was a finalist in the Best Food Experience category in The Australian Travel & Tourism Awards 2008. Bells at Killcare accommodation has been awarded the AAA Tourism 5 Star Rating.
