Bivianos Restaurant offers Italian and Seafood cuisine in Windsor and a historic heritage building dated 1840.
Anthony Biviano has been cooking full time since the age of 16, coming from a strong family background in the restaurant industry.
Kylie and Anthony met while Kylie undertook her chefs apprenticeship working for Anthonys father at his restaurant in western Sydney.
In 2004, Anthony and Kylie together, undertook the huge task of refurbishing the old historical building and turning it into the very successful restaurant and business it is today.
Anthony and Kylie married in 2006 and with the 2008 arrival of their first child, Jamie, chef Peter Davey has stepped into Kylies shoes. Peter has worked in several well established and reputable restaurants throughout Sydney.
