Brown Sugar at Bondi Beach offers casual yet modern dining to locals and visitors alike, fast becoming a favourite for lunch or evening meals.

Run by sibling duo Neil and Lianne Gottheiner, by day its a hip Bondi cafe, but as the Sun goes down the the candles get lit and the mood changes to accommodate a more relaxed bistro-style experience.

The cuisine combines hand-made traditional dishes with influences from the Mediterranean regions of Italy and France. The food is healthy and low tech, using fresh seasonal ingredients and treating them simply.
