Coogees Brazilian barbecue restaurant Churrasco specialises in Rodizio style cuisine, offering all the meat you can eat for around $35.

Charrusco (pronounced Shoo-Has-Ko) uses premium meats, which are slowly roasted, on long skewers, over a pit of flaming coals. This type of cooking is referred to as "Goucho Style", which originated in southern Brazil and was developed by the early Cowboys.

To enjoy our Churrasco experience, simply sit back and sip on a Brazilian beer or Caipirinha. There is no need to order from a menu. Let our waiting staff bring the specialty cuts of meat directly form the coals and slice it, still sizzling hot onto your plate. This is referred to as "Rodizio Style"which you can keep eating until your heart (or tummy) is content.
