Damian Maclennan is a self-confessed geek, cyclist, musician and father of two small children that lives in Sydney, Australia.
Ive spent a lot of time working as a Microsoft based web developer, a Solutions Architect working in the media management and delivery field, a stint in the non profit world, independant consultant and currently a Senior Consultant with Readify.
Ive been playing guitar longer than I care to think about, and if you make the rounds of the soul and funk scene in Sydney you are very likely to see me playing guitar with singer / songwriter / pianist Leanne Paris.
My other passion is cycling, I can often be found running errands and commuting by bike, or inficting pain on myself training or (sometimes) racing. A little while ago I set up Sydneycyclist.com and Melbournecyclist.com as a way to tie together the various tribes of cyclists in these cities.
Its a fun experiment and it seems to have people excited.
