Forty One Restaurant

Forty One Restaurant, located at the top of landmark Chifley Tower, has long been recognised as Sydneys most revered fine dining experience gaining international recognition for the innovative cuisine of its chef and owner, Dietmar Sawyere.

Forty One has two private dining areas both with a unique view over the botanical gardens and Sydneys glorious harbour.

The Private Dining Room

Situated at the north easterly end of the building The Private Dining Room enjoys sweeping views over Sydney Harbour, the Opera House and the dramatic architectural city skyline.

The Private Dining Room seats 15 to 36 guests for sit down dining and up to 80 guests for cocktail parties, the ideal location for events such as business conferences, product launches and weddings. Dietmar will create a special menu to suit the occasion.

The Riedel Room

Stunning views of the Opera House and harbour. Dine at our circular table set with the finest accoutrements showcasing the spectacular Riedel range of Glassware and Decanters.

This room seats up to 14 guests and you may select from our a la carte Menu or enjoy the Menu Degustation.
