Sydney Grammar School is an independent school for boys located in Sydney, Australia.

Founded by an Act of Parliament in 1854 it was officially opened in 1857, although its origins go back as far as 1825. The secondary school (7-12) is located on the original site in College Street.

There are two preparatory schools (K-6): one in the Eastern suburbs at Edgecliff and one in the Northern suburbs at St. Ives.
