The Bourbons Bistro offers diners one of Sydneys best pub dining experiences right in the heart of Kings Cross. Our resident chef, Ashley OSullivan has carefully designed a fresh and enticing menu, from which patrons have a terrific selection of snacks, light salads, pastas, seafood, steaks and antipasto dishes.

The Bourbon offers diners both alfresco and indoor seating areas..perfect for basking in the afternoon sun or enjoying a meal watching the hustle and bustle of kings cross pass you by.

Reservations are not taken for the bistro and an open seating policy allows patrons to enjoy a quick business lunch, a get together with friends or a late night or mid afternoon meal in a relaxed and informal setting.

Modern and contemporary, yet casual and relaxed, the new look Bourbon still retains the same popularity it has always enjoyed over the last 39 years since its opening in 1967.

The Bourbon still retains its late night license and offers patrons a great selection of local and imported beers, wines, spirits and signature cocktails, served by our highly trained and dedicated team.

Patrons can enjoy a light snack or a more substantial meal from our bistro menu, available 7 days from midday to 10pm.
