Showcasing national touring bands, headline acts and a treasure trove of local musical talent, we pride ourselves on offering live music 4 nights a week. Head down for our weekly open mic on Wednesday nights or catch one of our world class weekend gigs.

With plenty of veggie and vegan options along with daily specials there's something for everyone! Grab one of our craft beers and come see the guys upstairs at the Townie.

We have a long history of supporting live music and currently we have shows every Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights. On the remaining evenings we have community events including Members Badge Draw on Monday nights, Hospo night Tuesdays and Joker Poker (charity raffle) and Music Trivia on Thursday nights.

Located in the heart of Newtown, The Townie is adjacent to Newtown Train station and is easily accessible by all forms of public transport.
