The perfect place for an extended weekend breakfast, relax with a steaming long black and Whitewaters signature Asian inspired breakfast dish - wok fried eggs with steamed rice, sweet soy, sesame oil, chilli, herbs, and crispy shallots.
Also on the menu is omelette with wilted spinach, roast tomato, mushrooms and woodside goats cheese; buttermilk pancakes with berries, maple syrup and vanilla icecream; and Whitewaters own muesli with fresh fruit salad, natural yoghurt and milk.
For those wanting a quick lunch on the run, Whitewaters lunch menu is set to inspire delight. Choose from a wide selection of dishes that includes spiced mussel an coconut soup with fried olive bread; king prawn cocktail with wasabi avocado and cocktail sauce; seared john dory, braised fennel and white onion, shellfish bisque and grilled prawn; yellow fin tuna chargilled with baby cos, jerusalem artichoke, poached egg, pickled anchovies, parmesan crumbs; roast organic chicken, mushroom risotto, caremelised witlof, chicken jus and chargrilled sirloin steak with handcut chips, bearnaise or red wine mushroom sauce.
