Canberras Leading Magician, Majura, has a wonderful show for children of all ages.
The show is a fast paced act full of fun and magic that can captivate the hearts of the smallest child through to the oldest member of the audience.
Adults seem to enjoy the show as much as the children. From the moment the show begins with the appearance of a live dove to the spectacular finale where the dove transforms in mid air with a flash of fire and silk floats down, the children are on the edge of their seats with anticipation and laughter.
Great audience participation occurs in tricks like the haunted bell that rings by itself, a vanishing candle, a magic umbrella and colour-changing flower using lots of slapstick comedy and the appearance of a very cute rabbit and puppet.
Includes some magical juggling where the balls vanish and reappear in a glass cylinder and some mysterious balloon sculpture modelling.
Cards and rope seem to have minds of their own as they knot themselves and travel through cyber space and time.
Majura is a very experienced performer who has a teaching background and twenty years of experience in the entertainment industry. He won an International magic competition at the Crown Casino in Melbourne and has performed for many of the clubs and major shopping centres around Australia.
He has been a guest at the infamous magic castle in Hollywood and is currently president of the IBM (International Brother hood of Magicians) ring 273.
