Symbio Wildlife Park is a family owned and operated zoo which is located on the Southern outskirts of Sydney in the the suburb of Helensburgh.

Conveniently positioned on the top of the Illawarra escarpment, we are just minutes away from Stanwell Park Beach, the world renowned Royal National Park, Sea Cliff Bridge and also Bald Hill Lookout where you can take in majestic 180 degree views of the pacific ocean.

Nestled on 16 picturesque acres of manicured gardens, Symbio is home to all your Australian animal favourites as well as a large range of amazing exotic animals, which include cheetahs, ring-tailed lemurs, red pandas, meerkats, small monkeys and many more.

DIRECTIONS BY CAR:
| From Sydney CBD - follow the Princes Highway through Sutherland and Waterfall connecting with the M1 freeway. Take the Helensburgh/Stanwell Park turnoff. Follow the Symbio signs through the roundabout and Symbio is on you right hand side.

| From Wollongong - follow the Princes Highway up Mount Ousley and connect with the Sydney freeway, and take the Helensburgh / Stanwell Park turnoff, following the signs to Symbio. From Macarthur - follow Appin Road until it connects with the Sydney freeway (or Old Princes Highway) and follow through to the Helensburgh / Stanwell Park turnoff. Follow the Symbio signs to the front door.

| From the Southern Highlands - follow the Sydney freeway to Picton Road and follow the Sydney signs. When connecting with Mount Ousley turn north and follow the Sydney freeway taking the Helensburgh / Stanwell Park turnoff and follow the Symbio signs.

| From Bankstown and Liverpool - follow Heathcote road and turn right heading south at the Princes Highway.

Symbio is approx. 5 minutes south of this intersection on the Sydney/Wollongong freeway, and take the Helensburgh / Stanwell Park turnoff.

DIRECTIONS BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT (train / bus) Symbio is on the South Coast/Illawarra train line. Catch a train to Helensburgh Station where there is a bus service which runs to Symbio.
